Deep DNS provides DNS lookup, analysis, and related tools including but not limited to:
- DNS record lookups (A, AAAA, MX, TXT, CNAME, NS, SOA, PTR)
- DNS propagation tracking
- WHOIS information lookup
- SSL/TLS certificate analysis
- Email security configuration analysis (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- DNS performance benchmarking
- SEO-related DNS analysis
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the Service to violate any laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
- Use automated tools to abuse or overload the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use the Service for any malicious, harmful, or illegal activities
- Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent any security measures
- Use the Service to attack, scan, or probe other systems
4. Rate Limiting and Fair Use
To ensure fair access for all users, we implement rate limiting on our API endpoints. Excessive use may result in temporary or permanent restriction of access. Current limits are 20 requests per minute per IP address, but may be adjusted at our discretion.
5. Data Accuracy and Reliability
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, Deep DNS makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the data provided. DNS information is obtained from third-party sources and may be outdated or incorrect. You should verify critical information through additional sources.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or other factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Deep DNS, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Deep DNS or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

- Your use or inability to use the Service

- Any bugs, viruses, or malicious code transmitted through the Service
